Courses Payment Policy

DSD RESIDENCY 

NEW YORK PAYMENT POLICY

Non-Refundable Course Deposit (USD 500):

Deposits are due at time of registration; however, if a course cancellation occurs greater than 60-days prior to the course start date, the deposit can be transferred to another course registration or become customer credit on file to be used at a later date. Customer Credit expires 180 days from the date it was accrued. In summary:

  • Deposit(s) are non-refundable;
  • Deposit(s) may become customer credit if cancellation occurs at least 60 days prior to course start date;
  • Deposit(s) are forfeited if cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to course start date;
  • Deposit(s) may be transferred without penalty to another course enrollment in the case of an opening from a course waiting list;
  • Deposit(s) are not an additional charge to the course fee. When making the final course payment, the deposit will be deducted from the final amount to be charged.

Note: No deposit is required to add your name to an existing Wait List.

Total Tuition: Due in full 30 days prior to the course start date.

Final Course Payment: Payment is due 30 days prior to the course start date; however, if registration occurs within 30 days of course start date, the tuition fee is due in full at time of registration. In summary:

  • Tuition Balance is non-refundable;
  • Tuition Balance is due in full 30 days prior to the course start date;
  • Tuition Balance may become customer credit if cancellation occurs at least 30 days’ prior to course start date;
  • Tuition Balance is forfeited if cancellation occurs less than 30 days’ prior to course start date;

Payment Options:

Online Payment: Only the course deposit can be paid online. The remaining balance of the course has to be paid by wire transfer or check.

Online Payment Steps:

1. Login to your account on www.digitalsmiledesign.com

2. Click on “Education”

3. Click on “DSD Residency”

4. Click on “Register Online”

5. Select the Module you wish to attend

6. Fill out the form with your information

7. Verify the information entered, if correct, click on “Place order”

8. You will be redirected to a secure online payment system.

9. You can select your language on the top right of the screen

10. Enter your credit card information

11. Click on “Accept”

 

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro only.

You will receive an email with the confirmation of your order and our team will get in touch to collect more information about you and to give you all the details about the course.

 

Check Payment: If you wish to pay by Check, please contact our office (contact@digitalsmiledesign.com) to initiate your registration and make the checks payable to:

Please indicate the attendee name, course and date on check.

The checks must be received and processed prior to the course Final Payment Due Date (30 days prior to the course start date), otherwise your registration will be cancelled.

Receipts will be emailed once the check is received and processed.

Bank Transfers (for Course Deposit and Final Course Payment):

If you wish to pay by wire transfer, please send the payment to the account below and send us the bank transfer confirmation receipt along with your full name, course name and date.

Credit Card Payment: If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact our office (contact@digitalsmiledesign.com) to initiate your registration. We will send you a credit card authorization form to be filled out and signed and we will charge your card accordingly.

 

Course Wait List: No deposit is required to add your name to an existing waiting list for a course. We highly recommend that you register for a future course date while simultaneously being on the wait list. Should a space become available for a course you are on the waiting list for, any deposit/payments will be transferred and applied towards the course opening you accepted.
