The 'Launchpad' plan is a rolling monthly contract that you can cancel at any time.
The 'Growth' plan is a three month commitment, after which it switches to a monthly rolling contract.
To cancel either plan, you can send an email to your DSD Account Manager any day before the 25th of the month. You will have access to the DSD Growth Hub until the last day of the paid for calendar month.
After this date access to the platform will be removed and any external connections (such as Yext) will be stopped. Your clinic’s data will be stored in the system for up to 6 months. If you wish to reactivate your account at any point in the future an additional setup fee will be required.
