2- Preparatory call (1 h):
1 hour on Zoom with the doctor (and team leader if desired) to discuss expectations, challenges, and objectives with the workshop for customization.
3- Session 1 with the team (3h):
Topics: Introduction to Fascinate®️ system. Deep dive into the different ways people add value and how to identify the best potential of each team member.
Interaction in break-room activities.
Exercises for every participant to create a personal anthem and unique statement.
4- Session 2 with the team (2h):
Topics: Team analysis and heat map. Now that everyone knows more about themselves, this session focuses on the team, the challenges, how you can work better together, and how to understand each other best.
Interaction in break-room activities.
5- Session 3 with the team (2h):
Topics: Work on team personal challenges. After the team lists current challenges or areas for improvement, exercise as a group how each advantage can bring ideas/value, and actions to solve challenges after the workshop.
Post-training survey for the team.
6- Post-workshop call (1h):
With the doctor and (and team leader -optional) to review customized report (playbook) of the team.
What was accomplished during the training and the next steps with action steps on how to make the most of their advantages and distinct values in practice.
7-1-month follow-up call (1h):
Assess with the doctor (and team leader if desired) the actions defined in session 3, discuss new hires, evaluation strategies, etc.
