DSD Natural Restorations Design PER UNIT

The DSD Natural Restorations Design is the final post-prep and ready-to-mill design that can be sent to your in-house or local lab – when choosing not to manufacture with the DSD Lab.

We can also design and manufacture a set of reduction and prep quality control guides, guided by the Ideal Design, to be used for the DSD Natural Restorations if you so wish. Just select the products in our store page and add them to your basket.

This product is ideal when you want the final restorations to be a copy of the DSD Ideal Design, but you’re choosing to mill the restorations with your in-house or local lab.

All natural characteristics and properties from the tooth library that were selected in the initial design, as well as the size, proportions and position of each tooth, will be transferred to the final ready-to-mill design.

This is a digital product, delivered in .STL format.

You’ll receive the unit-by-unit Natural Restorations .STL file (ready to mill), so your local or in-house lab can import this to the milling machine directly and proceed with the manufacturing process of the final restoration.

All fine tuning is done by the DSD Lab, including the marginal adaptations and the anatomical adjustments on the occlusal, lingual and palatal surfaces.

Yes. For us to create the DSD Natural Restorations Design, you'll need to add a main design product to the case: either DSD Upper & Lower, DSD Upper, DSD Lower, DSD & Invisalign+TPS, DSD & Invisalign, DSD Ortho Planning or DSD Interdisciplinary.
