Residency Livestream promo - AO Annual Meeting 2022

Please read carefully these terms and conditions (hereinafter the "Terms") as they contain important information. Acceptance of these Terms is mandatory for participation in this promotional activity ( hereinafter the “Promotional Activity”). By participating in this Promotional Activity you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. The organizer reserves the right, at its discretion, to exclude the participants and/or winners if they do not comply with any of the terms and conditions detailed below.


ORGANIZER:

DSD Planning Center SL - Calle Enrique Granados 6, Building B, Floor 2 (4, 5, 6). 28224. Pozuelo de Alarcon. Madrid. Spain. This Promotional Activity is free and does not in itself imply any type of purchase of a product or service.


PARTICIPANTS:

Any Participant of the February 2022 AO Annual Meeting, San Diego, California (hereinafter the "Event"), who decides to fill out the Form provided by the Organizer (hereinafter the “Form”), complying with the conditions set forth in these rules. In any case, the participants must be natural persons acting in their own name and right.


DURATION OF THE PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY:

The duration of this Promotional Activity will be only during the day of the Event.


PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY BASES:

Users who wish to participate in this promotion must fill out the online Form provided by the Organizer.


PRIZES:

In total there will be twelve (12) winners (hereinafter the “Winner” or “Winners”): Two (2) Winners of a Ticket to attend the DSD Residency Livestream March 2022 (hereinafter "RL Ticket"), and ten (10) Winners of a 50% on the ticket price to participate in the DSD Residency Livestream March 2022 ( hereinafter “RL Discount”)


Note: DSD reserves its exclusive right to reschedule all of its Courses at any time and under any circumstance. If a Course is canceled or rescheduled, DSD will use reasonable endeavors to notify the User of such cancellation at the earliest convenience. The user hereby accepts and recognizes that he/she will not have any right to be refunded or compensated in any manner in case of cancellation of any DSD’s Course, DSD shall not be deemed in default or otherwise liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance.


WINNERS SELECTION:

Once the participation period is over, on February 28, 2022, a jury formed by the DSD marketing team will randomly select, among the Participants who meet the conditions, two (2) winners for a RL Ticket, and ten (10) winners of a RL Discount.

DSD will contact the winners by the means of contact provided in the Form, starting the day after the election. The winners will have a period of 48 hours from the moment DSD sends the private message, to accept the prize, prove their identity and provide the necessary data to formalize the management of the prize.

If any of the winners does not respond correctly within the indicated period, forfeits the prize or it is shown that they have participated in this Promotional Activity fraudulently, they will be eliminated and will not be entitled to a prize. In that case, DSD will make a new draw to determine new winners and the same procedure indicated above will be followed for the acceptance of the prize.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

DSD is not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by entrants in connection with their participation in the Promotion. The costs of using the Internet will, in any case, be borne by the participants.

DSD is not responsible and excludes any liability for (i) network-(cable, internet or other relevant networks), computer equipment or software interruptions of any nature that may lead to limited, delayed or lost participation, (ii) other problems, whatever their nature, that are related to the operation of the network (cable, internet or other network), the Website, hardware or software, and (iii) errors in the registration or treatment of character data except in the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct by DSD.

DSD is not responsible for any incompatibility between the technologies used, in the broadest sense, during the promotion and the configuration of hardware and software used by the participants.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DSD shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury caused by participation in the Promotional Activity.

If the Promotional Activity, for whatever reason, progresses differently than planned, for example, due to deadlines or because it is necessary to reorganize or reduce any term of the Promotional Activity, DSD reserves the right to cancel, cancel, modify or postpone the Promotional Activity without incurring any type of responsibility on its part and without the participants having the right to compensation.


ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

  • If a Winner does not accept the Prize or its conditions, it is considered waived and terminated in relation to the winner and he will not be entitled to any claim or compensation, even partially.
  • The Prize is not cumulative with other promotions.
  • The prize is not redeemable for cash, securities, or any other DSD product and/or course.
  • The prize is awarded personally to the Winner, so it cannot be transferred or marketed.
  • DSD under no circumstances assumes or is responsible for the misuse, expiration or non-use of unredeemed prizes, within the activity and dates indicated.
  • The Winner releases DSD from any responsibility for any damage to people or things, that may be caused by the use of any of the prizes, either by their use or by third parties.
  • DSD reserves the right to terminate this activity in anticipation or to disqualify one or more participants if there is or is considered to be an attempt at fraud, technical difficulties, or any other factor beyond control that could compromise the transparency and security of this activity.
