This initial deposit covers the main event expenses, including event setup, 2 happy hours, 1 dinner, coffee breaks, lunch, and taxes. Any additional costs will be communicated via the WhatsApp group and can be paid in person during the event in Madrid.

• 7pm – Happy Hour (location TBC)

Monday, September 14th

• 9am - Transfer Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel > DSD HQ

• 9:30 - 11:30am – Welcome coffee & Networking at DSD HQ

• 11:30am - Transfer DSD HQ > El Jardin de la Maquina

• 12 - 2pm – Meeting Session 1

• 2pm - 4pm - Lunch

• 4 - 6pm – Meeting Session 2

• 6pm - Event Closing

• 6:15 - 10pm – Cocktail

• 10pm - Transfer El Jardin de la Maquina > Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel
