This membership is designed for dentists of any specialty seeking to streamline smile transformations through collaboration with the DSD Planning Center and Lab.

What Are Prerequisites for Enrolment?
Enrolment in the DSD Provider Membership Plan requires the following:
Attending a DSD Provider course
A 2-day in-person or 6-week livestream course focused on the workflows and systems that make consistent, high-quality smile designs possible in your daily practice.
Completion of the PC Certification
A 5-module on-demand DSD Planning Center program to be taken in your own time up to three months after attending the DSD Provider course to become a certified DSD Provider.

Our DSD experts are ready to meet with you at a time that works best for your schedule. This tailored discussion is designed to address your specific challenges and explore how DSD’s services can provide the solutions you need.
You must first attend the DSD Provider course and then complete the DSD Provider Certification, which includes training in digital dentistry workflows. Upon certification, you can choose between a monthly or annual membership plan which grants access to Planning Center and Lab services and products.
To maintain active status, you must complete at least one case with the DSD Planning Center within two years. Otherwise, recertification will require attending the latest DSD Provider Course and retaking the Planning Center certification.
Annual plans can be paused for up to six months for specific reasons (e.g., medical leave) with prior approval.
Monthly Plan: Cancel anytime, and services will remain active until the end of the current month.
Annual Plan: Cancel within 14 days of billing for a full refund if no work has started.
Payments are automated and charged at the start of the billing cycle. For yearly plans, you’ll receive a reminder 30 days before renewal.
Providers can submit unlimited cases to the DSD Planning Center and purchase planning and manufacture products for these cases.
Those who choose the DSD Clinics Membership receive many additional benefits, such as exclusive interdisciplinary and live treatment planning session options and a DSD coaching program for you and your team. Find out more about the DSD Clinic Membership here.
You can submit as many cases as you want once you have an active DSD Provider or DSD Clinic membership.
Complimentary smile designs included in your membership expire after their designated period and cannot be carried over.
Monthly Plan: Smile designs are non-cumulative and must be used within the same month they are issued.
Annual Plan: You’ll receive 12 smile designs for the active year, which must be used during that year.
