What is DSD Clinic Certification?
It is a curated 7 month implementation coaching program with experienced DSD trainers. At the end of this training period your clinic will be awarded certified DSD Clinic status. You are then ready to advance as a DSD Clinic with the full support of your team, unlocking the full suite of DSD benefits. The program entails

If you are interested in joining the DSD Clinic Certification, you can schedule a call with an advisor to guide you through the enrollment process and will explain the costs, commitment and benefits.
The monthly cost of this program is $6 000. Once your clinic achieves certification you can then unlock full DSD Clinic benefits and access to the DSD Planning Center and DSD Clinic Marketing assets. After graduating, your DSD Clinic membership fee starts from $3 000 per month.
The DSD Clinic Certification is a 7 month program with monthly online coaching calls and associated action items that are to be implemented by the team on a weekly basis. Once your clinic graduates from this program and fulfils the assessment criteria, you become a certified DSD Clinic.
Due to the intensive design of the program, clinics need to meet certain criteria in order to qualify for the DSD Clinic Certification. The number one requirement is a commitment to the learning curve and a willingness to dedicate at least 13 hours per month with the team to the educational content, the coaching calls and the action items. You can discuss your unique circumstances with our advisors, who can answer your questions and discuss your eligibility for the program.
The DSD Clinic Certification program takes place online via dedicated live sessions in which your experienced dentist-coach guides you and your team through a carefully curated implementation curriculum. In addition, during the 'Core' phase of the curriculum (between months 1-3) you will also have a DSD Team Consultancy, which is a two-day training program in your clinic, where a coach travels to you.
In combination, the program is designed to empower you and your team to follow through on all action points directly in your clinic, ensuring the full positive impact of the training.
The program is designed as a 7 month intensive learning curve with dedicated coaching sessions and tailored action items for the team to implement DSD concepts and principles. It is recommended that you spend a minimum of 13 hours per month with your team on the coaching calls, action items and implementation activities in order to make the most of the program and access to the expert trainer.
The program is designed with over 15 years of DSD implementation experience and knowhow and is presented by coaches who are dentists and trained DSD educators. There are many payoffs to investing your clinic time and energy into this program, in addition to having a DSD-ready clinic. What you can expect to see are:

Once you start the DSD Clinic Certification, it unlocks a number of benefits such as DSD Planning Center discounts, DSD courses discounts and access to the DSD Clinic Marketing campaign library. After you certify as a DSD Clinic, you can continue to enjoy those benefits associated with your DSD membership level. Your account manager will explain all the membership levels available to you to select the one that brings you the most value. In addition, you can qualify for the additional DSD Marketing coaching track, should you wish to build your team's skills in this particular area.
1. Onboarding: Once you sign up to the DSD Clinic Certification, you have an onboarding where you meet your dedicated DSD Clinic Account manager to learn about all the DSD benefits that you have gained access to as part of the program.
2. Kickoff Meeting: In this meeting we will analyse your dental clinic's unique circumstances, your goals and your team dynamic. This sets the foundation for your tailored coaching and consultancy program.
3. Coaching: Your dedicated implementation coach, an experienced dentist and trainer, will work closely with you and your team for a 6-9 month period. During regular coaching sessions and through your tailored action plan, your team will integrate new procedures, optimize workflows, ensuring a smooth transition to becoming a certified DSD Clinic.
4. Consultancy: You will have a two-day training session in your clinic, presented by your implementation coach. This intensive learning experience brings DSD implementation to life for teams and leaves them energised and focused.
5. Scorecard completion: In this stage your implementation coach analyses your implementation progress across key areas identified at the start of the program
6. Official certification: When you achieve certified DSD Clinic status you will have a dedicated DSD pin ceremony and there will be an official DSD announcement.
