Update Ortho Planning design + TPS

The DSD Ortho Planning update design refines the initial digital wax-up for both upper and lower arches, offering detailed case planning for a comprehensive orthodontic treatment. It is crafted through a facially-driven, clinical, and functional analysis based on the latest documentation from the patient. This product also includes TPS Service for Invisalign cases.

The DSD Ortho Planning update design is necessary when:

• There is already a main planning design product in place. However, due to the case requirements, a detailed orthodontic treatment is necessary. This product goes beyond the initial planning, elevating the case to a more comprehensive level focused only on orthodontics.

• If there are significant changes in the oral situation over time, the initial design needs an update, especially for orthodontics. This product updated the design with the latest patient info. It is recommended for cases delayed for 1 or 2 years from receipt or when the patient's oral condition has been modified due to treatment.

This is a digital product, delivered in STL format.

You'll receive 8 digital files:

• DSD Ortho Planning presentation: a powerpoint presentation, containing all the essential images of the DSD Ortho treatment plan, including our colour code treatment suggestions, enabling you to understand what is needed to achieve a facially-driven, functional and harmonious smile for your patient.

• STL File of the Upper Post Treatment: the upper model of the final suggested outcome, including both the ortho setup and final restorations.

• STL File of the Lower Post Treatment: the lower model of the final suggested outcome, including both the orthodontic setup and suggested restorations.

• STL File of the Upper Ortho Setup: only the upper final orthodontic setup, to be used as a reference when guiding the orthodontic plan within any software that allows you to import the file.

• STL File of the Lower Ortho Setup: only the lower final orthodontic setup, to be used as a reference when guiding the orthodontic plan within any software that allows you to import the file.

• STL Files of the Actual situation of Upper and Lower: for technical reasons only, to allow the external orthodontic software to align properly the actual situation with the final orthodontic setup.

• STL File of the Motivational Mockup: the DSD Upper plan adapted over the model of the actual situation of the patient, so the design can be additive. This is the STL file you will use for the smile test drive, to help motivate and engage the patient. The STL of the Motivational Mockup is for the Upper arch only.

This product serves as one of our "update design options," designed to obtain the most accurate and detailed patient information, for orthodontic planning. It is particularly valuable for "Pre-Case acceptance" scenarios, facilitating the introduction of ortho treatment planning to patients.
