Update Upper & Lower design

The DSD Upper & Lower Update Design is an updated and revised version of the initial digital wax-up for the upper and lower arch. It is crafted through a facially-driven, clinical, and functional analysis based on the latest documentation from the patient.

The DSD Upper & Lower update design is necessary when there are significant changes in the oral situation. This product updates the initial design with the latest and most accurate patient information. It is recommended for cases delayed for 1 or 2 years from receipt or when the patient's oral condition has been modified due to treatment.

• DSD Upper & Lower presentation: An updated powerpoint presentation, containing all the essential images of the DSD Upper & Lower, enabling you to understand what is needed to achieve a facially-driven, functional and harmonious smile for your patient

• STL File of the Upper Pre Treatment: An updated model of the actual situation of the patient overlapped with the DSD Upper, in which the original model is digitally untouched.

• STL File of the Lower Pre Treatment: An updated model of the actual situation of the patient overlapped with the DSD Lower, in which the original model is digitally untouched.

• STL File of the Upper Post Treatment: An updated model of the actual situation of the patient overlapped with the DSD Upper, in which the original model is digitally trimmed, so the simulation of the final outcome can be appreciated.

• STL File of the Lower Post Treatment: An updated model of the actual situation of the patient overlapped with the DSD Lower, in which the original model is digitally trimmed, so the simulation of the final outcome can be appreciated.

• STL File of the Motivational Mockup (Upper arch): the DSD Upper adapted over the model of the actual situation of the patient, so the design can be additive. This is the STL file you will use for the smile test drive, to help motivate and engage the patient.

This product serves as one of our "update design options," designed to obtain the most accurate patient information. It is particularly valuable for "Pre-Case acceptance" scenarios, facilitating the introduction of treatment planning to patients.
