We don't expect this to increase your overall monthly costs—it's a sales and marketing platform that can replace your current tools. This means it should work out as net zero cost, or even save you money if you're already using similar software.

You'll get preloaded DSD content too: automated follow-up campaigns, social posts, emails, SMS, newsletters, sales pipeline, chatbot, treatment nurture campaigns. Use them as-is or tweak them however you want.

Clinics who select the 'Growth' plan also get a dedicated Marketing Operations Specialist, who will work with them to keep the Hub updated, ensure best practices are being followed and roll out new features.

That’s the point—you’ll replace most, if not all of those tools with this single Hub. The DSD Growth Hub unifies email, SMS/WhatsApp, reviews, CRM and analytics under one login, pre-configured for DSD Clinics. This means fewer vendors, one dashboard and clear results.

At launch, the DSD Growth Hub is available only with English-language campaigns and support, so we’re onboarding clinics whose primary marketing is in English. However, please join the waitlist even if you’re non-English so we can notify you as soon as multilingual versions go live.

In most cases, the Growth Hub can replace your current software entirely, saving you money. If you'd rather keep some existing tools, that's fine too. We integrate with most sales and marketing systems. During onboarding, we'll assess what you've got and recommend the best way to save money and maximise the platform.

During the onboarding process we will assess what you have and provide options and recommendations as to how best you can save money and get the most out of the platform.

No! You can have as many users and contacts as you need and you can have as many automations as a dental clinic would require.

There will be a once-off setup fee and then payment will be taken on the 25th of each month. This payment covers the next calendar month.

Clinics on the 'Launchpad' plan are on a rolling monthly contract and can cancel at any time. Clinics on the 'Growth' plan have a three month commitment, after which it switches to a monthly rolling contract. To cancel you can send an email to your DSD Account Manager any day before the 25th of the month, who will then process the cancellation. You will have access to the DSD Growth Hub until the last day of the paid for calendar month.

Your clinic's data will be stored in the system for up to 6 months. If you wish to activate your account again after a period of time, an additional setup fee will be required.

Yes, in order to purchase a telephone number it needs be A2P compliant. Many countries are implementing or planning to implement A2P regulations to combat spam and ensure responsible messaging practices, so we will setup a compliant number for your clinic.

Yes the tool has many AI features built in, for example, you can utilize the content AI tool to help write content or the AI reviews tool could reply to all 4 or 5 star Google reviews in your tone. These are just two AI features!

Fair usage applies to email, texts, AI, and workflows. Any costs that DSD Growth Hub incurs get passed on to clients.
