Details

Milled full zirconium hybrid over titanium bar or monolithic screw retained bridge. The bridge design is taken from the DSD Ideal Design, using natural tooth libraries and algorithms to achieve a natural outcome.

Client can choose if its monolithic or hibrid over titanium bar.

This product is ideal when you require a final full arch implant bridge as a copy of the initial DSD Ideal Design.


This can be either pre-implant placement when DSD has developed the treatment plan, OR in cases where you have already placed the implants without DSD planning, you will need to have a DSD Smile Design to assess the current situation to manufacture the implant bridge.


Time can vary according to the case need and speed in approval. Average time in our experience, is that it takes around 20 business days if the case demands 2 try-ins, or 16 if its only one try-in.

A previous smile design, frontal full smile photo with actual situation, scan of the temps upper lower and bite, implant position (photogrametry or scan body scan), soft tissue scan without the temps, desired final color and additionally we need the implant prostetic componenet and scan body used.
