To process your order, the following files and clinical inputs must be provided:
- An up-to-date CBCT scan of the patient.
- Updated intraoral scans (STL files) that accurately align and match the provided CBCT.
- Explicit indication within the prescription form of your preferred method for reviewing the initial implant plan (e.g., walkthrough video or 3D viewer).
- DSD Photo protocol (Optional).
- Initial implant plan approval via walkthrough video or 3D viewer.
- STL file of the final, fixed surgical guide.
- Comprehensive surgical report detailing implant positioning, sleeve specifications, and the exact implants to be used.
