DSD Over Prep Design

An adaptation of the DSD Ideal Design considering the actual situation after the prep. This takes into account the papillae, margin lines, and finishing line, making the minimum but necessary adjustments so that your lab can overlap the design into their CAD software and create the final file for the restorations using the copy-paste technique.

This product is very important if you want your final restorations to be manufactured as a copy of our DSD Ideal Design.

However, you only need to order this planning service if you are ordering the final restorations through your local lab. They will be able to use the Over Prep design file inside their CAD software and design the final restorations using the biocopy technique.

You do not need to order this service if you require the DSD Lab to manufacture the final restorations, as this design is included as part of the DSD Natural Restorations workflow.

Yes. For us to start the DSD Over the Prep design, you'll need to have added to the case a main design product: either DSD Upper & Lower, DSD Upper, DSD Lower, DSD & Invisalign+TPS, DSD & Invisalign, DSD Ortho Planning or DSD Interdisciplinary.
