How to Fascinate® Workshop for DSD Clinics copy
What is it?
A team building workshop designed to help doctors and their teams understand each team member’s communication style which leads to more effective intercommunication. As a result, the team feels more empowered by their strengths and understands how they add value to the team with the goal to work more effectively (and happily) together. Patients value you as a team, trust your offerings, and appreciate your efforts.
Workshop overview:
Online program 6-8 weeks long - offered exclusively for DSD Clinics.
6 virtual sessions held on Zoom (total of 10 hours):
3 training sessions for the whole team (all participants connecting online) with presentations and team-building exercises
3 calls with the doctor (and team leader)
Includes a workbook for the sessions, and a personalized playbook report
Up to ten Fascinate®️ assessments are included *if more are necessary an additional $50 will be added per person
