What influences the prices charged at the DSD Lab?

Is there anything else to consider when it comes to DSD Lab prices?
While some DSD Planning Center products can be purchased separately as ‘design’ and ‘manufacture’, lab products like DSD Natural Restorations or the Full Arch Implant Bridge come with design and manufacturing included.
Natural Restorations is also available as a design-only option, which means that doctors can manufacture it in their clinic or with their local lab.
