Step one: Call with DSD Clinic Executive

Cost: Free

The first step is to meet with a DSD Clinic Executive in a free call. In this initial conversation, the aim is to ensure that we are fully aligned and that DSD will work for your office. You will also fill out a pre-qualification application for further auditing to help us work out whether you are eligible to join the coaching and clinic program.

There are several requirements that determine your eligibility for the program. For example:

1) Owning the practice and ability to make the final business decision

2) Ownership of a digital scanner

3) Having a desire to grow

4) Needing business systems and workflow implementation

5) Being ready to start the program immediately after acceptance

If you are eligible, you will enroll on the the DSD Clinics Program which consists of two phases:

1. Implementation (coaching + consultancy)

2. Yearly/monthly membership

Step two: Get accepted and begin the implementation period of the DSD Clinics program

Cost: $6,000/month for the duration of the implementation period (approx 6-9 months)

Once you have enrolled in the DSD Clinics Program, you will begin the implementation period. This consists of coaching from our expert coaches plus a consultancy – all designed to help you and your team master DSD implementation in your practice.

The training program includes:

• Monthly calls with a DSD trainer for you and your team

• A structured curriculum which is personalized to your growth areas

• Action items to complete each month

• Curated learning content in a variety of formats

• Results tracking

• Support to implement DSD concepts and protocols

This program is estimated to last 6 to 9 months in total. However, it is up to you how fast or slowly you complete the program with full accountability for your completion of the tasks assigned during the coaching.

When you sign up to the program, you will unlock a huge range of DSD Clinic benefits, including:

1) A DSD Consultancy
2) Interdisciplinary case (part of the DSD Consultancy)
3) Webinars
4) The DSD Clinic Meeting
5) Private zoom meetings with DSD directors and the DSD Planning Center team
6) Invitation to a DSD Provider course for a pinning ceremony

Step three: Complete your implementation and move to yearly membership

Cost: $5000 per month for the duration of DSD Clinic membership

Once you complete the Coaching and Consultancy (Implementation) and pass with a scorecard rating above 80%, you will become an official DSD Clinic. At this point, your monthly membership fee will decrease to $5000 per month.

Your membership will be a minimum of one year and after this your commitment is month to month and you can cancel if you wish to.

Once you become a certified DSD Clinic, you will receive your official certification and plaque, with your DSD Clinic status announced on our social media channels and the DSD website.

Optional step: take a DSD course

Cost: Get 30% DSD Clinics discount on DSD courses

Our coaching program is designed to offer the full training in the DSD workflows that you need to successfully implement DSD in your practice. This means that if you are considering becoming a DSD Clinic, attending a DSD course beforehand is not a mandatory step.
